  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel, earrings, and opened beauty/personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
